Bryant’s Strength and Conditioning program will help you develop practical knowledge and skills related to exercise and human fitness. Learn about the structure and movement of the human body, physiologic responses to physical activity, measures of human fitness, and training techniques to enhance performance. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with various exercise equipment in Bryant’s state-of-the-art Exercise and Movement Science Lab.
