Edinaldo Tebaldi

With over 20 years of experience in higher education, public policy, and economic research, I combine strategic thinking, data science, and economic thinking to drive organizational change. As the Vice President for Strategy and Institutional Effectiveness at Bryant University, I oversee the university's institutional research, sustainability initiatives, and development and implementation of strategic planning, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and goals of the institution.

I have worked with organizations such as the World Bank, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and the Rhode Island Governor's Office, producing high-quality research and policy recommendations on topics such as economic development, international trade, labor markets, and education outcomes. I have also mentored undergraduate and graduate students and taught courses such as Machine Learning Applied to Economics, Econometrics, and Economic Development/Growth.
