Dr. Coakley is a Professor of Management at Bryant University. She received her BA from UCSC, her MBA from the UMASS Lowell her Ph.D in Organizational Studies from the UMASS Amherst. Her research focuses on women and leadership, innovative pedagogy in business. Dr. Coakley is an Research Fellow for the Hassenfeld Institute for Public Leadership, a certified Facilitator in Design Thinking, and an active consultant focused on strategic leadership, effective communication, and organizational behavior.
