Title IX and Clery Act Information

Bryant University is committed to providing a working and learning environment that supports respect for the individual and for academic freedom, where all members of the community can work and learn in an atmosphere that is free from sexual discrimination, harassment, violence, power-based personal violence, and other forms of sexual misconduct.

The University’s Title IX Discrimination Policy and Title IX Procedures are part of its broader prohibition against harassment or other discrimination based on race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, gender transition, religion, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, or protected veteran status. This commitment to nondiscrimination applies to admissions, financial aid, academic matters, career services, counseling, housing, employment policies, scholarship programs, medical services, and all other programs and activities available at Bryant.

The aforementioned policy and procedures apply to all Bryant community members, including students, faculty, staff, and trustees, as well as all vendors, contractors, and third parties who provide services to Bryant or visit Bryant facilities.
