Why Bryant?

I chose Bryant because I felt a sense of belonging as soon as I stepped onto campus.

How did you choose digital communication as a major?

I always had a feeling that I wanted to do something within production. When I originally chose Bryant, I was a psychology major. I quickly made the switch when I found out they offered digital communication.

Any peak learning moments?

My favorite project was for my Global Foundations of Character and Leadership class. Every week we had a presentation to deliver, and being able to get imaginative with what we presented brought out my inner creativity.

Tell us more about your minors.

I am a double minor: marketing and professional and creative writing. I want to go into studio production, so having marketing and writing experience will help.

Any advice for students considering Bryant?

Bryant may be known for business, but there are many arts and sciences programs that will take you where you want to go.

How are you involved with the arts on campus?

I’m in the Chamber Ensemble, Pep Band, and soon will be joining the Creative Writing Club and the Arts and Creativity Club. They allow me to have expressive thoughts and an appreciation for the arts.

Do you have a favorite place to hang out?

When I’m not in my room hanging out with friends, I’m relaxing in Fisher Student Center or out by the pond on a nice day.

Any advice for new Bulldogs?

Enjoy your time here. College will be your home away from home for the next four years. Work hard, but also take it easy and appreciate how far you’ve come.

A Connected Community

Bryant's purposeful student life delivers co-curricular immersion with an inspiring, collegial community. Students forge deep connections that last a lifetime.

“Bryant helps students thrive and develop their passions. I really found that Bryant fit well with my multifaceted identity. Being somebody who is interested in immunology and epidemiology, but also fashion and communication, I found that Bryant allows you to do so much and not burn yourself out.”

"The science classes are on the smaller side, so it’s easy for the science majors to know each other well. It’s been helpful to have a lot of familiar faces in class; we help each other out throughout the semester."

“I’ve had two internships, one with Fidelity and one with UKG, that I was able to get through the Amica Center. They gave me a lot of help with my resume and the job search and all of the other things that go into starting a career.”
