About This Program

The role of accounting and finance professionals has changed dramatically. Successful leaders need to be businesspeople first, with knowledge of accounting and finance firmly grounded in an understanding of other business fundamentals such as management, marketing, information technology, and decision analysis. Bryant’s managerial accounting and finance program is designed to meet the challenges of today’s complex business environment by preparing students for leadership roles in the field.

You’ll learn how to manage an enterprise or nonprofit organization and develop analytical skills to make critical financial decisions. You’ll also have the flexibility to pursue electives and internships that align with your interests and career goals. Preparing students for professional exams is one of our top priorities. Bryant’s managerial accounting and finance program provides the basic background for the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification, which is the premier professional certification in management accounting and corporate finance. In addition, you’ll have the flexibility to structure your course of study for the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification, as well as the opportunity to obtain Bloomberg certification.
